Track shipment

Track Your Shipment

One number. Every carrier we ship with.

Enter the AWB, LP or tracking number from your shipping confirmation to see where the parcel is and what has happened to it so far. No account, no sign-in.

What each tracking status means

Carriers use their own wording for the same events. These are the statuses this page shows, whichever carrier is moving the parcel.

The usual journey, in order

Order Booked
The shipment is created and the carrier has the booking. Nothing has moved yet.
Pickup Scheduled
A pickup is arranged with the carrier for collection from the seller.
Picked Up
The carrier has collected the parcel and it has entered their network.
In Transit
The parcel is moving between facilities, towards the delivery city. It can show more than once, as it passes through each one.
Out for Delivery
It is with a delivery agent on their round today, in your area.
Delivered
The parcel has been handed over at the delivery address. This is where tracking ends.

When something interrupts it

These do not happen to every shipment, and they can appear at any point after pickup. A parcel that hits one of them usually rejoins the journey above.

Delivery Attempted
The agent tried and could not hand it over. Another attempt normally follows the next working day, and the status returns to Out for Delivery.
Delivery Exception
Something is holding the shipment up — a wrong or incomplete address, a closed premises, or a hold at a facility. The seller can tell you what, and what happens next.
Returning to Sender
The parcel is on its way back to the seller, usually after failed attempts or a refusal.
Returned to Sender
It has reached the seller again. Any refund or reshipment is arranged with them, not with the carrier.
Cancelled
The shipment was cancelled before it completed. Nothing further will move against this number.

An AWB, or air waybill number, is the unique number a courier assigns to a shipment when it is booked. It is printed on the shipping label and is what identifies that parcel through the carrier’s network until it is delivered.
