4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You must NOT use LogiPhex for:

• Illegal business activities
• Fraudulent transactions
• Identity theft
• Money laundering
• Terrorism financing
• Human trafficking
• Smuggling
• Counterfeit products
• Stolen goods
• Intellectual property infringement
• Tax evasion
• Any criminal activity prohibited by law

5. FRAUD PREVENTION

Users shall not:

• Create fake shipments.
• Submit fake delivery attempts.
• Manipulate shipment status.
• Use fake identities.
• Upload forged documents.
• Provide false KYC information.
• Use stolen payment methods.
• Create multiple fraudulent accounts.
• Abuse COD services.
• Misrepresent parcel contents.

Any fraudulent activity may result in immediate suspension and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

6. PROHIBITED GOODS

The following items must NOT be shipped through LogiPhex unless specifically permitted by law and accepted by the respective courier partner:

• Explosives
• Firearms
• Ammunition
• Narcotics
• Illegal drugs
• Hazardous chemicals
• Toxic substances
• Radioactive materials
• Human organs
• Live animals (unless specifically approved)
• Perishable goods requiring specialized handling
• Currency or counterfeit currency
• Precious metals without authorization
• Restricted pharmaceuticals
• Illegal wildlife products
• Pornographic or obscene material prohibited by law
• Any item prohibited under Indian law or courier regulations

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that shipped goods are legal and permissible.

7. FALSE INFORMATION

You must not submit false or misleading information including:

• Customer name
• Mobile number
• Address
• GST details
• Company details
• Product description
• Shipment value
• Parcel dimensions
• Parcel weight

Providing inaccurate information may result in shipment delays, penalties, suspension, or legal action.

8. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your:

• Username
• Password
• API Keys
• OTPs
• Authentication Tokens

You must not:

• Share login credentials.
• Allow unauthorized access.
• Sell or transfer your account.
• Use another person’s account.

Notify LogiPhex immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. API MISUSE

API users must NOT:

• Exceed rate limits intentionally.
• Circumvent authentication mechanisms.
• Reverse engineer APIs.
• Abuse API endpoints.
• Launch automated attacks.
• Interfere with platform availability.
• Use bots to overload the system.
• Attempt unauthorized data extraction.

API abuse may result in immediate revocation of API access.

10. SPAM AND UNSOLICITED COMMUNICATION

You shall not use LogiPhex to:

• Send spam.
• Send unsolicited promotional messages.
• Distribute malware.
• Conduct phishing campaigns.
• Spread misinformation.
• Send abusive communications.

11. CYBER SECURITY

Users shall not:

• Introduce viruses.
• Upload malware.
• Deploy ransomware.
• Attempt hacking.
• Launch denial-of-service attacks.
• Exploit software vulnerabilities.
• Scan internal infrastructure without authorization.
• Interfere with system security.

LogiPhex actively monitors suspicious activities.

12. DATA PROTECTION

You shall:

• Process customer information lawfully.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Use personal information only for legitimate logistics purposes.
• Implement appropriate security safeguards.
• Comply with applicable privacy laws.

You shall NOT:

• Sell customer data.
• Share customer information without authorization.
• Harvest personal information.
• Use customer data for unrelated marketing without consent.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You shall not:

• Copy LogiPhex software.
• Copy APIs.
• Reproduce documentation.
• Misuse trademarks.
• Use LogiPhex branding without written permission.
• Create misleading websites using the LogiPhex name or logo.

14. FAIR USAGE

Users shall use the platform responsibly.
Examples of abuse include:

• Excessive shipment cancellations.
• Fake COD orders.
• Artificial transaction generation.
• Manipulation of courier rates.
• Abuse of promotional credits.
• Excessive failed API requests.
• Creation of duplicate merchant accounts

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

LogiPhex integrates with third-party service providers such as:

• Courier companies
• Payment gateways
• KYC verification providers
• Government services
• Marketplace platforms
• SMS and email service providers

Users must also comply with the applicable terms and policies of such third-party providers.

16. CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY

Users are solely responsible for all:

• Shipment information
• Product descriptions
• Uploaded documents
• Labels
• Invoices
• Manifests
• Communications sent through the platform

LogiPhex does not verify all user-submitted content and is not responsible for its accuracy.

17. ENFORCEMENT

If LogiPhex determines that a user has violated this Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:

• Issue a warning.
• Temporarily suspend the account.
• Permanently terminate the account.
• Block API access.
• Remove shipments.
• Cancel transactions.
• Recover financial losses.
• Report illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.
• Initiate civil or criminal legal proceedings where applicable.

18. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

If you become aware of any misuse, fraud, security incident, or violation of this Policy, you are encouraged to report it to LogiPhex immediately.

Reports should include sufficient details to enable investigation.

19. NO WAIVER

Failure by LogiPhex to enforce any provision of this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce such provision at a later time.

20. POLICY CHANGES

LogiPhex reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this Acceptable Use Policy at any time.

Any revised version shall become effective upon publication on the official website.

Continued use of the platform after such publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

21. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
